Who is Telement?

Telement is a team of licensed school psychologists, clinical social workers, and mental health clinicians that partners with schools and nonprofits to provide mental health support to school-aged children. We use safe technology to connect therapists and students in real time to solve real struggles.

Telement is accessible, innovative, personalized, and connected. We meet at-risk students where they are by providing therapeutic support that is engaging and solution-focused. By utilizing research-driven and safe technology to connect with students from any location, we are able to create individualized interventions that address each student’s social, emotional, and mental health needs. We do all of this while supporting student, school, and family goals that will empower students to learn strategies and skills to develop optimal mental health

FAQ

Does Telement replace the therapist and/or counselors in my school or organization?

No. Telement acts as an additional resource for your current staff. We have found most organizations and schools have more youth than for which they have staff. That’s where Telement comes in. We support our clients by providing additional mental health support to their youth.

What type of services does Telement offer?

Telement understands that mental health support is not one size fits all. With that said, we can put together a plan that is best suited for your organization. We offer ongoing one-on-one therapy, Wellness Check-Ins, resources and strategies for clients, Caregiver Coaching for parents and caregivers to younger clients, and progress monitoring of clients.

How are sessions conducted?

Sessions can be conducted in person or via a safe and secure video conferencing platform that protects each child’s privacy and can be done from anywhere.
