Stephanie Burress

Stephanie Burress is the Growth and Outreach Director for Telement Therapy. With a strong background in client relations, Stephanie is responsible for ensuring that each client receives a seamless onboarding experience from start to finish.

In her role, Stephanie oversees the intake process, including initial consultations, client communication, and scheduling. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer service enable her to provide personalized care to each and every client, helping them feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their time with the company. In addition, she holds HIPAA and Youth Mental Health First Aid training certifications, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of client confidentiality and ensuring that she is equipped to handle the intake process for clients with a range of mental health challenges.

Stephanie is a mother of four humans and seven fur babies, and she brings that same level of care and attention to her work with clients.

Before joining Telement Therapy, Stephanie honed her skills in client relations through various roles in the service industry. She has experience in managing customer inquiries, developing relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
