Lisa Hutto

As a former social worker and school counselor, Lisa has a passion for helping professions that support her community. She naturally has a tendency to be solution-focused and to view the whole person; not only in her work relationships, but in her personal life as well.
Throughout her career in the helping profession, Lisa learned that she has a drive to challenge the process and its systems; asking how they might be improved for the benefit of the team and organization. During her role as a Director of Operations for a large non-profit youth focused organization, Lisa realized that she has a passion for helping build and supporting healthy teams and organizations/businesses.

She is so grateful to be a part of this unique business, and strives to build a strong support system for the team so that each member can provide the highest quality of services to the youth and organizations in the community.
