Telement is a team of licensed school psychologists, clinical social workers, and mental health clinicians that partners with schools and nonprofits to provide mental health support to school-aged children.
We are currently experiencing a high level of demand for our school psychological services for many of our schools and are looking to contract with licensed school psychologists to fulfill this need.
Position Information:
- Hired as a 1099 Contractor, project based
- Contract starting August 2023
- Pay range $55-$65 per hour
- Provide a full spectrum of School Psych. Services: Psychoeducational Evaluations and Report writing, CARE and SWST Meeting Attendance to review evaluations and discuss students of concern, participation as a member on the Behavior Threat Assessment team

Licensed Mental Health Clinicians Needed to Work Remotely with Students
If you’re a social worker, therapist, or psychologist who enjoys working with middle and high school age students, we invite you to explore the opportunity to work with our team. In order to be considered, you must meet our two main prequalifications:
Telebehavioral health training
Completion of at least 6 CEUs in telebehavioral health training (such as Telehealth.org’s Introduction to Telehealth Theory & Practice)
Licensed in Florida
Currently licensed in Florida or willing to register with the Florida Department of Health (telehealth in Florida may be provided by any clinician licensed in the United States who registers in Florida)
Your Role
As a Telement Team Member, you must satisfy the following expectations:
You are willing to provide therapeutic support to Florida middle school and high school children remotely via video conferencing on the Telement-provided platform during regular school hours (approximately between 7:30a.m. to 4:00p.m. EST – hours vary by school and student’s schedule)
You are aligned with the Telement Core Values
You are willing to work as a sub-contractor for the Telement company
You have personal access to appropriate computer equipment and adequate network/digital bandwidth for stable two-way video conferencing
You have a basic understanding of school systems (clients will receive 30-45 minutes of support while in school)
You have a strong belief in reducing barriers to therapeutic support and in providing wrap-around support/communication for children
You are able and willing to provide engaging, solution-focused, evidenced-based methods in your telebehavioral practice
